I geek out on thought leadership. I'm senior editorial director for the Bridgespan Group and managing editor of the Milken Institute Review. I recently edited the "Investor Guide to Impact," and I was previously executive editor of strategy+business, and contributor/ghost-writer of Harvard Business Review and Sloan Management Review articles, consulting firm reports and business books.
Obsessions.
My personal interests are also a professional focus.
I track climate change and sustainability, governance, geopolitics, development, leadership, risk management and responsible business practices. And movies. Definitely movies.
Cross-disciplinary.
I bring together different disciplines and sectors for things that need to happen. Like think tank fellows, data analysts and graphic designers working on World Economic Forum briefings. Or climate activists, NGOs and city government working on hyper-local climate action plans.

I'm not just a writer. I have a voice, too.
I've presented, moderated and spoken on panels in Boston, Oxford, Paris, Lisbon, Copenhagen, Providence and Minneapolis.
Boards of directors.
I'm active with organizations that are making a difference. I serve as a Commissioner on the City of Somerville's Commission on Energy Use and Climate Change and I'm on the board of the Charles River Watershed Association. Formerly, I was co-chair of Climate Reality Project's Boston chapter, president of the Brattle Film Foundation board, and board member of Massachusetts Climate Action Network and Conscious Capitalism Boston.
